Dr. Sproul spends a brief time giving a summary of the circumstances surrounding that statement—of just what was at stake in the drafting and signing of this document. Dr. Sproul also makes comparisons with our own time, drawing helpful conclusions for pastors as they consider biblical inerrancy.
