Richard Belcher Jr.

Dr. Richard P. Belcher Jr. is John D. and Frances M. Gwin Professor of Old Testament and academic dean at Reformed Theological Seminary in Atlanta and New York, and a teaching elder in the Presbyterian Church in America. He is author of several books, including The Fulfillment of the Promises of God: An Explanation of Covenant Theology and Prophet, Priest, and King.
