How can ministers ensure they’re preaching the whole counsel of God?

1 Min Read

I would say one of the most important things you can do as a minister of the gospel is, when you preach, preach through books of the Bible so that you’re not beating your own drum. That way you deal with the whole counsel of God as it is set forth on page after page after page.

You discipline yourself to address whatever the text teaches. And it isn’t going to be very long when you’re preaching through any book of the Bible that you’re going to have to deal with those issues that touch on the whole counsel of God.
