We derive our code of conduct from Scripture, the Word of God. But there are others in this world who embrace a particular principle that says God is meaningless, and all your talk about Him is likewise meaningless. That is because, they say, God’s existence cannot not pass five simple tests: sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing. So what exactly is the verification principle? And is it valid? In this message, Dr. Sproul looks at the principle teachings and negative effects of positivism as he exposes its deficiency and inability to maintain itself as a legitimate worldview.
