In this lesson, by examining Deuteronomy 20–21, Dr. Godfrey provides cultural and contextual understanding for several laws that may seem unrelated or not make sense to a modern reader. He then builds a bridge from the Old Testament to the New Testament to show how understanding these laws sheds light on the life and death of Jesus Christ.
