Boasting in the Cross

As he brings his letter to the church in Galatia to a close, Paul focuses his attention on the central message of the gospel, namely, the cross of Christ. Paul defends the central importance of what Christ accomplished for the Galatians on the cross, and he does so to protect them from the Judaizers who were seeking to lead them astray. In this final lesson, Dr. Thomas considers the abiding significance of the message of the cross and how it is the Christian’s only ground for boasting.
