Jeremiah Burroughs

Jeremiah Burroughs (1599-1646) was one of the Independent members of the Westminster Assembly of Divines, and a Congregationalist. He is author of many works, including The Rare Jewel of Christian Contentment, Contentment, Prosperity, and God’s Glory, The Evil of Evils, and Gospel Worship.
