The Inerrancy Crisis

It's a commonly held belief in America that the Bible contains some truth, but the Bible is certainly not without error—that is, inerrant. Yet this is a far cry from what the church has believed through the centuries. This session defines biblical inerrancy, gives a brief history of the doctrine, and also explains why our culture is in crisis about this significant attribute of Scripture.

Dr. Stephen J. Nichols is president of Reformation Bible College, chief academic officer for Ligonier Ministries, and a Ligonier Ministries teaching fellow.
