Joy is a fruit of the Spirit promised to all those who place their faith in Jesus. Although it is a necessary effect of the gospel, its manifestation can be hindered by obstacles in our lives. What in this world can possibly stunt the growth of this fruit of the Spirit? Is it suffering, trials, or tribulations? Perhaps it is other people?
