During the formation of the nation of Israel, God set the Levites apart to be the priests of Israel. The genealogy of Jesus gives no indication that He is from Levi, but the book of Hebrews tells us He is our High Priest. So how can Jesus be our High Priest if He wasn't born into the tribe of Levi? How did he do it without violating his own law? In this message, R.C. Sproul shows us the marvelous way Jesus was made our High Priest and by whose name that priestly line was established.
