He is president emeritus and professor emeritus of church history at Westminster Seminary California. He is featured teacher for many Ligonier teaching series, including Not Ashamed: Paul’s Letter to the Romans. He is author of many books, including Saving the Reformation, Learning to Love the Psalms, and John Calvin: Pilgrim and Pastor.
