Augustine: The Origin of Evil

Since God is good and is the Creator of all things, where did evil come from? The origin of evil is a challenging question that all Christians must face. Some skeptics believe this challenge is so formidable that it spells the death of Christianity. However, as Augustine wrestled with the origin of evil and of his own sinful inclinations, he discovered that evil can only be a problem if there is such a thing as the good. In this message, Dr. R.C. Sproul shows how Augustine turned the tables on skeptics, using the reality of evil to defend the existence of God, the source of all that is good.
