Word-Centered Worship

For the Christian, corporate worship is the high point of life. Each week, God meets with His people, and His people meet with Him. Jesus taught that God is seeking worshipers and that worship is to be done in spirit and truth. Therefore, we look to God to renew our spirits by the Holy Spirit so that we are engaged in worship, and we fill worship with the Word of God so that our worship is centered on the truth.
