Corporate Worship: Singing & Praying the Word

Along with reading the Word and preaching the Word, God’s people also sing the Word and pray the Word in corporate worship. The content of the songs and the prayers is to reflect the truth of God’s Word and in many cases may be adapted directly from Scripture. The songs and the prayers are also to be congregational so that all the people can join in singing praise to God and in praying together in God’s presence.
