Corporate Worship: Reading & Preaching the Word

Throughout history, God’s people have regularly gathered to hear the Word of God and to respond to the Word of God. Faithfully, God works through His Word and the power of the Holy Spirit to draw people to salvation in Christ, to build the church, and to shape believers more and more into the image of Christ. In this lesson, Rev. Helopoulos helps us see that from the days of the first Apostles, Christian ministry has been centered on the public reading of Scripture and preaching from Scripture.
