The great Puritan divine, Thomas Watson once said, "God's Providence is the helm which turns about the whole ship of the universe." In other words: God controls everything. Nothing is outside of God's control. All that happens is according to His plan. So what is God's plan for unbelievers? The promise of Romans 8:28 says that "all things work together for good. . ." Dr. Sproul ends his series explaining that this promise is not without stipulations.
