The glory of the Son of God was glimpsed in the transfiguration, and He was again declared by the Father to be "my beloved Son" (Mark 9:7). In this lesson, Dr. Godfrey explores how the transfiguration of Christ reveals His glory, His fulfillment of the Old Testament, and His relationship to suffering and glory. The disciples, despite seeing His glory, were slow to understand and unable to cast out a demon that had possessed a child of a distressed father who had come to them for help.
