Traditions vs. Authority
Tradition becomes problematic when it goes beyond Scripture. Jesus directly addressed this issue with the Pharisees, confronting them for giving priority to their traditions rather than to God's Word. In this lesson, Dr. Godfrey examines Jesus' rebuke of hypocritical traditions, the fulfillment of the Old Testament law in Christ, and His lordship in declaring all foods clean.
