Jethro, Moses' Father-in-Law

In the Old Testament, no one is more important than Moses. But it was Moses' father in-law, Jethro, who likely prevented him from burnout. When Jethro observed all that Moses was doing to rule and govern two million people in the wilderness, Jethro offered Moses wisdom for ruling Israel. In a passage that is unfamiliar to many, an unknown father-in-law changed the trajectory of his son-in-law's life, and he laid a foundation for biblical church government and shepherding. In this lesson, Dr. Thomas explains Jethro's conversion and contribution.
