Romans 8 expands on Paul’s earlier promise that sin will have no dominion over us who are in Christ (6:1–2). It is a rich chapter of assurance, and this assurance is rooted in the reality that, as Christians, we have been made alive in the Spirit and are children of God. In this lesson, Dr. Godfrey focuses us on our new identities in Christ and the privileges that we have as sons and daughters of God.
