Knowing who we are in Christ helps us know how to love others. United to Christ, we have died to sin and are raised with Him in newness of life. Instead of letting sin reign in our mortal bodies, we present them as living sacrifices to God, and this directly connects to how we relate to others. In this lesson, Dr. Godfrey begins the last major section of Paul’s letter and introduces his call for us as the church to love and serve one another in a way that is unlike the world.
